Our story
Our Journey to Smarter Building Operations
In 2017, WeMaintain was founded on a clear conviction: the building maintenance industry needed to change. For too long, engineers, asset owners, and building managers were stuck with outdated systems, rushed maintenance, and poor communication.
After more than a decade in the elevator industry, Benoît Dupont had seen the problem from both sides. Engineers were stretched thin, managing large portfolios with little time to deliver quality work. Customers faced opaque pricing, slow responses, and a system that valued volume over care.
Determined to fix this, Benoît partnered with Jade Francine and Tristan Foureur, who shared his belief in innovation and human connection. Together, they set out to give engineers greater autonomy and equip them with modern technology—so they could work better, faster, and with real impact.
